Who doesn’t love brunch? It combines my favorite time of the day (breakfast) with the least exciting meal of the day (obviously, lunch) and creates a fusion eating experience that really crosses all other established societal norms. Want to have a side of cake with your omelette? Why not! Feel like drinking alcohol before noon? Go for it, this is a judgement-free zone!
In all honesty, I think we can agree that the best part of brunch is the plethora of food options. Sweet or savory, hold or cold, you really can satisfy any craving with this meal. It’s meant to last for a few hours, giving you time to savor the company of friends and loved ones. Bottomless coffee is a must, of course.
Easter Sunday is this weekend, so if you’re attending a potluck any of these recipes would work beautifully. If you’re not celebrating, why don’t you make one of these treats anyway? I do not believe you ever really need a “reason” to enjoy delicious brunch food.
