Cups rolled oats

Cup mixed nuts of choice

Tsp each cinnamon and nutmeg

Medium ripe bananas, mashed

TBS coconut oil

Cup chocolate chips (optional)

Mix ingredients

 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line two large cookie sheets with parchment and set aside. In a bowl, combine oats, nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, & salt.

Combine wet & dry

Add bananas, maple syrup, & coconut oil. Mash together. Spread granola out in even layers on baking sheets. Make the layers of granola very thin, to bake evenly.

Bake for 10 minutes and  see if edges are browning. Bake for 5-10 more minutes until crispy. Remove from oven,, cool, & break into chunks. Add chocolate chips, if using.
