INGREDIENTS: * 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats * 1 TBS chia seeds * Pinch of salt * 1/2 banana, mashed * 1/3 cup plain oat yogurt * 1 cup unsweetened oat milk * 1 TBS maple syrup, optional * 1/4 tsp nutmeg * 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Mix ingredients and let sit in the fridge for a few hours (the full post has tips if you want to speed this up!). Add to a plate with banana, berries, nuts, & coconut flakes.
