Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl
It tastes just like pie filling but is made with whole food ingredients!
Top with coconut milk, pomegranate, and granola for a healthy snack at any time
1 cup pumpkin puree 1/2 frozen banana 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower 2 dates pitted 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/3 cup coconut milk Toppings of choice
1) Add all ingredients expect for toppings into a blender. 2) Turn on low and blend slowly. Add more liquid if necessary. If you mixture is not combining, turn off machine and scrape down the sides to encourage it along. 3)Serve with toppings of choice, like coconut milk, pomegranate, and granola!
