Slice each potato in a relatively similar shape. Avoid skinny pieces that can fall right through the grates! Pieces that are too large will not cook through fully and you can burnt the edges🍠.
There is no need to peel them! The skin actually helps keep the pieces in tact which on the grates.
If you don’t have access to a grill, no worries! A grill pan on the stove is your next best best, but these can also be made in the oven🍃
