5 tips: How to grill sweet potatoes

TIP 1

Slice each potato in a relatively similar shape. Avoid skinny pieces that can fall right through the grates! Pieces that are too large will not cook through fully and you can burnt the edges🍠.

Cook for 4-6 minutes per side, on high heat🔥.  Always watch for any burnt edges, as charred sweet potato is one of the worst flavors.

There is no need to peel them! The skin actually helps keep the pieces in tact which on the grates.

4. Use a neutral, high heat oil to prevent sticking. I like avocado🥑.

If you don’t have access to a grill, no worries! A grill pan on the stove is your next best best, but these can also be made in the oven🍃
