These Vegan Baked Apple Cider Donuts are the perfect celebration of fall! Coated in cinnamon sugar, they are a great pairing with coffee. They’re easily made into bars and muffins as well!
Ingredients
For base:1 cup flour1/2 TBS baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt3/4 cup apple cider1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup neutral oil 1 tsp vanilla For topping:4 TBS vegan butter1/2 cup sugar1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat over to 350 F & oil pan.Combine flour, baking powder, spices, & salt. In another bowl, mix apple cider, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla.

Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet. Spoon batter into donut pan. Bake for 13-16 minutes, until donuts are springy. Let cool.

Melt butter in a small bowl. In another bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Place each cooled donut facedown in the butter then swirl in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
