Apple Pie overnight OAts

– 1/4 cup plain vegan yogurt – 1/2 oats – 1/2 cup almond milk  – 2 tsp ground flaxseeds – 1 tsp cinnamon – Pinch of salt – 1 tsp maple syrup – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1/2 cup chopped apple

Step One

In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, oats, almond milk, flax, cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, and optional vanilla. Stir to blend.

Step Two

Serve warm or cold with additional toppings like nuts or raisins!
