– 2 cups rolled oats – 1/2 tsp baking powder – 1/2 tsp sea salt – 1/2 tsp cinnamon – 1 medium banana – 3/4 cup tahini, or other runny nut butter – 1/3 cup maple syrup – 1 TBS ground flax – 1/2 cup dried cranberries – 1/2 cup roasted nuts – 1/4 cup candied ginger or chocolate chips
In a small bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, sea salt, and cinnamon. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine, mashed banana, tahini, maple syrup, ground flax, dried fruit, nuts, and candied ginger or chocolate.
