This Tahini Avocado Toast: a perfect everyday breakfast that feels fancy! Fully topped with nutritional yeast, Old Bay, Everything Bagel Seasoning, and tangy lemon juice, this show-stopping toast will have you looking forward to the morning. It’s a healthy vegan breakfast ready in 5 minutes!


  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/2 small ripe avocado
  • 2 TBS nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp runny tahini
  • 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 TBS everything bagel seasoning (see notes for DIY version)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  1. Toast bread to your liking. While bread is toasting, mash avocado with a fork onto a small plate. Once mashed, add nutritional yeast to avocado and mash to combine.
  2. Spread avocado mixture across two slices of bread. Top bread with tahini drizzle, Old Bay, everything bagel seasoning, and a bit of lemon juice. Enjoy right away.


To make your own everything bagel seasoning, mix together 1 TBS poppy seeds, 1 TBS toasted sesame seeds, 1 TBS dried garlic, 1 TBS dried onion, and 2 tsp sea salt.
