- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1/2 small ripe avocado
- 2 TBS nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp runny tahini
- 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 TBS everything bagel seasoning (see notes for DIY version)
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Toast bread to your liking. While bread is toasting, mash avocado with a fork onto a small plate. Once mashed, add nutritional yeast to avocado and mash to combine.
- Spread avocado mixture across two slices of bread. Top bread with tahini drizzle, Old Bay, everything bagel seasoning, and a bit of lemon juice. Enjoy right away.
Notes
To make your own everything bagel seasoning, mix together 1 TBS poppy seeds, 1 TBS toasted sesame seeds, 1 TBS dried garlic, 1 TBS dried onion, and 2 tsp sea salt.
