Cinnamon Cold Brew Concentrate

This summer, Cinnamon Cold Brew brings the coffee shop right to your fridge!  The cold brew process mellows any harsh bitterness and a dash of cinnamon adds sweetness without added sugar.

Ingredients

– 3/4 cup coarsely ground coffee beans – 6 cups water – 2 tsp vanilla  – 2 tsp  cinnamon – Almond or oat milk for serving

Step 1

To a large pitcher, add coffee grounds and water. Add cinnamon and vanilla and stir. Let sit for at least 8 hours in the fridge (up to 24).

Place a fine mesh strainer or thin towel over another pitcher. Pour coffee mixture through a few times, to remove all grounds.

Your coffee is ready to drink! It will keep in the fridge for at least a week. Mix with milk for a latte.
