Pizza, in my eyes, is a perfect food.
Just think about it: it fulfills your meal requirement for protein, carbohydrates, and fat all in one go, often times with an additional serving of fiber (if you’re like me and love vegetable toppings). No wonder it’s so satisfying!
While I do enjoy pizza with real cheese, I like to experiment when making pizza at home with testing out vegan variations. Since processed vegan cheese can be expensive, I’ve enjoyed new ways to get a ‘za fix, more creatively.

I have been craving spring/summer flavors heavily lately, so I can’t wait to try my hand at all of these fun options.
