Healthy Smoothie Ideas for the Whole Family

Making a delicious smoothie every time can be a challenge. Sometimes I don’t always have the right ingredients on hand, or I’ll try to freestyle it and end up with a sludge-y mess. Smoothie ingredients are not always cheap (looking at you, 3 cups of frozen fruit), so I really like to know for SURE that a recipe I make will be a winner.

Safe to say, these healthy smoothie recipes all take the cake! They’re satisfying and refreshing, with a mix of unique and familiar flavors.

Sometimes very fruit-y smoothies will give me a headache so I tried to include a real mix of options here. My current favorite is likely #1, a coffee smoothie with tahini I recently posted. It’s made with just 5 simple ingredients that I always have on hand!
