How to Make Berries Last Longer
The video below shows my favorite method for vinegar soaking berries to make them last at least twice as long!
- Fill a large bowl with 10-15 cups water.
- Add a few TBS of salt and 1/2 cup white vinegar. Add berries and let soak for 5 minutes.
- Drain berries and add to a large dish towel, ensuring they are not touching each other. Let air dry.
- Add to a container in the fridge and enjoy.
